Philodendron subhastatum is in the Araceae plant family. The juvenile foliage is known for its glossy, deep green leaves and burgundy reverse. This is seed grown in the Steve's Leaves Greenhouses from pollinated mother plants, so each plant is unique. The mature foliage tends to lose its red reverse.
